The Standard Studio is a fully furnished studio available in three different sizes. It is perfect for one or two students and is conveniently equipped with a private bathroom and private kitchen.
The Standard Studios have a practical layout with a multifunctional table: the ideal place to study or have dinner with friends. For your comfort, an office chair is obligatory.
The Standard Studios are located throughout the entire building. Therefore, there is a lot of variation regarding view – think of the Reitemakersrijge, the Schuitemakersstraat, the BlockHouse courtyard or Groningen’s canals.
The Deluxe Studio is a fully furnished studio available in three different sizes with a high-end finish. The studio is perfect for one or two students who needs the little extras. Just like the Standard Studio, the Deluxe Studio has a private bathroom and a private kitchen.
The Deluxe Studios all have a cosy seating area and a comfortable study area equipped with desk and office chair. You can pair the SONOS WiFi speakers with all your devices to set the mood.
