Our terms & conditions are included in the temporary lease agreement that you will receive upon your reservation.
Final inspection The landlord is allowed to deduct €75.00 (in words: SEVENTY FIVE EUROS) from the deposit of the tenant to provide a final thorough cleaning of the studio after check-out. In case the landlord detects that the studio is not properly delivered upon departure, the landlord is allowed to review additional costs based on the circumstances.
Cancellation of temporary lease agreement prior to arrival The first monthly payment will not be refunded for last minute cancellations by the tenant. This includes all cases of a cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival. Only the deposit will be reimbursed to your bank account. In any other case the landlord charges €250.00 (in words: TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY EUROS) for administration costs and refund the remaining amount to the tenants bank account.
